a property, but when it comes to absence of people, they stand unacknowledged. Residencies void of human presence stay unlit. Nobody to greet the illumination, no one's residence to enlighten. Empty houses stay empty of illumination, leaving the lights without a role. Illumination searches people, but in no one's home, there's no one to illuminate.
